The Balmoral Uniting Community Centre aims to respond to the perceived and stated ongoing needs of local residents in developing and expanding its programs and activities.  It seeks to provide an effective base from which community programs can be planned and implemented while also offering a welcoming and supportive environment within which community members can meet and interact.
